So I am officially a sophomore!!!:) My freshmen year was fun. I met many new friends and made many memories. I met my best friend who is a grade above me.
I took all honors and it was hard. My history class was taught in a lecture so I struggled when I took notes and then if I missed something in the notes and it was on the test I would not do so well. Math was never my favorite subject but I tried my best and ended up with a 77% which is a C in that class. I did well in my other classes even though I hated my Biology class. Dissecting Kevin the worm and Steve the frog was a lot of fun. My partner and I passed with flying colors. I made many fun friends that I hope I can keep until senior year. Class of 2016.
I also won the Pa Council of the Social Studies Future Leader Award for 2012. I am honored to have received that award. 
I also found out about a website called Tumblr. It is very fun. I use it for being a fangirl for artists. I use it as a second blog to improve my communications skills. There is another website that I found called wattpad. It is where you can post a story chapter by chapter. Some stories on there are very good.
I won tickets to see the British girl group Little Mix at Trendfest 2013 in Lancaster. Here are a few pictures my friends posted to FaceBook. I could not go because I didn’t have a ride:(.
I will write a blog post later about Little Mix and One Direction.
I am ready to get back out there in the teaching world. Be ready because here comes.. The Geeky Girl.
